Information we collect Depending on the service you use and the details you provide, we collect or process: - Name, email address and phone number. - Shipping address, including country, state or province, city and postal code. - Vehicle make, model, year and version or trim. - Product names, SKUs, quantities, cart details and fitment information. - Order, inquiry and quote information, messages and support materials you send us. - Payment provider, transaction reference, amount, currency, status and payment-confirmation records. - Privacy acknowledgments submitted with inquiries. - IP addresses, request information, session identifiers, verification records and technical or security logs. Not every service collects every category of information. 3. Payment information Third-party payment providers process payments. RXETU does not store complete bank card numbers or CVV security codes. We retain payment references, amounts, currencies, provider details and payment status to associate and verify payments with orders. Do not send complete card numbers or CVV codes through email or inquiry messages. 4. How we use information We use relevant information to handle inquiries, confirm vehicle fitment, prepare quotes, manage orders and payments, arrange shipping, provide customer support and verify access to order information. We also use necessary information for fraud prevention, security and applicable legal, tax and accounting requirements. You do not need to register an account to place an order. Where email-based order lookup is available, email verification is used to confirm access. 5. Information sharing We share only information needed for the relevant business purpose with payment providers, shipping or logistics providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and email or security providers. For example, a shipping service needs delivery details, and a payment provider needs information to process and verify the transaction. We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers. 6.
